Career highlight statements - how many and which ones?
I've had a fairly diverse career with a number of accomplishments along the way. How many should I include in my resume, and which ones should I write about?

How many accomplishments to include as part of your career highlights? Well, it depends on which style of resume you're writing. In a reverse chronological resume aim to have at least 2-3 accomplishments for each position you've held in the last 5-7 years. The reader will want to know about recent, and relevant career highlights.
If you are using a functional, or a combined style resume you'll be listing your accomplishments on the first page of your resume. Somewhere between 4-6 relevant, and recent, career achievements should be enough to profile your capabilities.
Which achievements should you write about? Here you'll want to include achievements where you can demonstrate that you have used the skills which are being sought in the position that you are applying for.
